Saturday, 9:30am – 12:30pm Pacific time
Give yourself the gift of this time to settle within, and discover more about yourself as you listen and follow your own movement.
In this workshop, you’ll practice basics of the form that allow you to move with both mindful awareness and a spontaneous responsiveness to your own inner impulses for movement and / or stillness. Though this practice you gain insight while connecting more deeply to your inner source of energy and creativity.
This Winter Workshop is open to those new to Authentic Movement, as well as to those with previous experience. We will begin with a brief introduction to the history and form of Authentic Movement, followed by time to engage in the practice.[Read more about Authentic Movement]
