This class series offers a two-month exploration into your own movement within the sacred container of the mover / witness relationship. Each week you will have time for movement, drawing / writing about your experience, and time to speak with the witness after the movement time.
Susan brings over 25 years of experience to her role as witness / facilitator, along with her love of the practice. Both beginners and those with experience in the practice are welcome. This group may also include some dyad work and witnessing, depending upon the experience level of the participants.
[Note: Those who have not previously done an AM series or workshop with Susan are also asked to take the Intro workshop on Oct. 5th, and / or to schedule a private session before the series begins.]Class size is limited to 8 participants, so please register soon if interested!
