Give yourself the gift of this time to settle within, and discover more about yourself as you listen and follow your own movement. Introductory workshops are open to those new to Authentic Movement, as well as to those with previous experience. We will begin with a brief introduction to the history and form of Authentic Movement, followed by time to engage in the practice.
Susan Bauer has been dedicated to the discipline of Authentic Movement since 1984. She has studied with Janet Adler and several graduates of the Mary Starks Whitehouse Institute of Authentic Movement in Northampton, MA. Susan has a passion for both introducing beginners to this practice and leading experienced practitioners into its further depth through her classes and private practice as a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist.
Intro Fee: $75 if paid in full by March 10th; $85 thereafter
