Give yourself the gift of this time, to go within and gain practical tools to manage your everyday life with more ease and Grace.
How is your year going so far?
Winter is a time for slowing down and going within. Days are shorter, and the earlier nighttime beckons us into quieter moments.
Yet for many of us the exact opposite occurs, as we find ourselves overloaded with the many demands of these continued stressful times. We may often speed up, rush, take on more than we can handle, and override our need to rest. This propels us into a state in which our sympathetic nervous system is on high-drive, depleting us of the vitality we need to truly enjoy the season.
Join this online workshop designed to help you to reset your nervous system from within.
With gentle movement practices and guided meditations, you will be guided to slow down and begin to heal your body of accumulated stress. You’ll also learn fun and engaging somatic activities that you can continue to explore at home to help you de-stress in body and mind on a daily basis. These practices cultivate inner awareness to take into the winter, as well as to support you as we move toward the longer days of Springtime.
Note: No previous movement or bodywork experience is needed and all are welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothes to move in.
Workshop tuition:
