In these challenging times, it can be difficult not to feel like you’re always in crisis mode. How do we find our center and our balance in the midst of it all?
Coming home to your body, you can begin where you are.
In these classes, you learn simple practices you can continue to do at home to re-instate a sense of calm in your nervous system. This supports you to feel better, as well as to see clearly what is before you so you can respond rather than react.
One step at a time you regain a sense of stability in these uncertain times, from deep within yourself.
This is a 4 part series, to meet Tues. and Thurs. mornings from 11am – 12pm (PT) on April 14, 16, 21, and 23.
You are encouraged to register for the full series; however, all classes can also be taken individually. Please go to each event page on Eventbrite to register if you want to take the series. Class sizes are limited so sign up soon!
DETAILS
We will meet on Zoom, within the privacy of your own home, generally with our cameras off during the activities so you can explore the activities on your own. At the end of the guided session, there will be a brief time to re-group to check in, ask questions, or share your own experiences. Coming together as a community can also help you to feel a sense of reasurance and ease.
